The minimum stay is 2 nights.

The reservation must be made at least 48 hours before the check in time (2PM).
check-in time
From 2PM to 8PM (different times have to be agreed upon in advance).
We don't offer a 24h reception service.
We therefore kindly ask you to let us know the exact arrival time with at least 1 day notice.check-out time
Not later than 11AM (different times have to be agreed upon in advance).
bookings and payments
To book a room, please use one of the forms on either the "Rooms" or "Book your stay" page.
Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email to the e-mail address you provided.
Only cash payments are accepted; at the moment we do not accept payments by credit card or debit card.

A tourist tax of €1.50 per person must be paid for each night of stay, for the first three nights of stay.
keys delivery
When handing you the keys, it will be our pleasure to show you the room and the shared areas, as well as providing you with all the information you need to ensure you a pleasant stay.
identity documents
Upon arrival, each guest, including minors, will have to present a valid identity document (no photocopies), for law enforcement by the Public Security Authority.
WITHOUT VALID DOCUMENTS, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT YOUR OVERNIGHT STAY REQUEST.breakfast
Breakfast will be served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the shared dining room or, on demand, in the garden of the house.
parking
We offer free parking inside our courtyard.

smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in both the rooms and the shared areas (dining room and staircase).
pets
We love animals (we got 2 dogs and 2 cats), however we are not equipped to accommodate them in our facility.
However, only 3 km from our B&B is available a pet pension managed by a kind lady, and we'll be happy to give you her contact details.room cleaning service
We do not offer a room cleaning service during the stay, unless specifically requested and agreed upon in advance.
fires, candles, incense
It is strictly forbidden to light fires, candles or incense inside the rooms or in the shared spaces of the structure (dining room and stairs).
parties and events
It is not allowed to organize parties or events in the facility.
